DESIGN WITH THE URBAN116 SYSTEM
Tradeshow stand designs can be as individual as your company itself. We pay particular attention to matching your company’s visual identity while planning and developing your display. If you are already working with an external design or advertising agency, their designers can easily work with our CAD data files to plan your design using the URBAN116 system. If you are a designer yourself, please feel free to download our CAD files at any time and experiment with your own designs. For non-designers we recommend our Online Planner, which lets you design your own displays without having to use a graphic design programme.
Develop your vision with an URBAN116 draft design
We have wide experience of developing customised draft designs for new clients who are looking for a unique display solution. We can quickly provide an initial 3D URBAN116 design draft, matched precisely to your requirements and the size of your tradeshow stand. This gives you a solid design base to work from and lets you accurately estimate potential final costs. Our draft design service is available for just €180 excluding VAT.
Completing the design
After agreeing a first draft we will proceed to detailed planning of the final design. In this phase we go into further detail on all relevant options such as graphic panels, lighting options and more. The costs for a finished design will vary according to the complexity and size of your tradeshow stand. The costs of the initial draft are deducted from the costs of confirmed final designs.
Integrating graphic panels options
We work closely with you in planning your grpahic panels and deciding on material and lighting options for them. This gives your graphic designers a clear idea of the requirements for text and graphic content. Exact plans and measurements are sent to you well in advance for easy preparation of your printing files. We can also handle the ordering of printing and panelling material where necessary.
Delivery, buildup and URBAN116 training
The URBAN116 modules, graphic panels and all other features of your tradeshow stand can be delivered directly to the tradeshow site, built up and, on demand, also pulled down. If you purchase the URBAN116 system we also offer free training for your employees during the initial buildup. Combine our custom training with the system’s overall ease of use and you have a display solution your employees will be able to quickly rebuild themselves for all future events.
