URBAN116 ASSEMBLY

The following steps cover the general principles of assembling the URBAN116 system and are applicable in most buildups:

Construction of URBAN116 module parts

Remove the pre-assembled bottom and top sections from the packaging and open them. Insert tubes into the joint of the bottom section to form the middle section. Fix this firmly with the screw nut provided in the joint. Now place the top section above the middle section and tighten in place with the joint's screw.

A buildup with radius tracks

Radius tracks are used to define the overall structure of the URBAN116 module. They are fixed in place at the joints of the module and define the radius of the outside and inside surfaces. Radius tracks can also be used as graphic holders and graphic panels can be inserted inside them. We offer radius tracks in a radius of 0, 11, 15, 22, 30 and 36 degrees. If you want to rebuild your trade fair stand, simply change the radius tracks. All URBAN116 features can be used with the full range of radius tracks.

A buildup without radius tracks

We call a buildup without radius tracks an URBAN116 Flex buildup as no fixed structure is defined. In this case, modules are chained together in a row through the use of the URBAN116 joints. You can adjust the positioning of individual parts of your structure while keeping all parts together which gives you the option of quickly experimenting with different shapes and positions to fit your display space. Once you've decided on a final position, simply tighten the joint screws to fix your structure in place. Monitors, shelves and table plates can all be integrated simply into these buildups.
