Q: Do you have a standard system that fits into standard square booth configurations (panels size about 1m(w)x2m (h)? Or do you always customize the designs?
A: We will take care of the “shell problem” while making the design for you. The modules will fit into standard square booth configurations. We offer standard modules which are very flexible. Please also find the measurements of the single parts down below. We can also customize the design every time.
Q: The idea is that we will upgrade the system and add more modules to it as our product portfolio grows. The modules should then easily fit together so that we can customize the system for other exhibitions, sometimes adding walls or reducing walls – depending on focus. Can we do this with URBAN116?
A: This is the great advantage of our system. Every single module can be taken away or more modules can be added. Also, you can make straight walls or use exactly the same module to make a round construction later on. All you have to change are the radius tracks and the graphics. In between tradeshows you could also use the modules for exhibitions in your company entrance hall.
Section Buildup
Q: Does the system require your team to set it up or is it easy enough to DIY? Is training required?
A: As URBAN116 isn’t a pop-up system, we would recommend a short training, which we offer to provide when building up URBAN116. We have developed a very precise training session you can be taught while building up the stand. The next build up can than be done independently. All the tools you need will be provided with the delivery of the URBAN – system. The modules will also be delivered preassembled for an easy buildup.
Section Costs:
Q: What would the charge be for a 12m2 booth (3×6m, open front, closed sides, monitor mount, 4 backlit panels)?
We can make a design here for you first. After that we can give you exact prices.

Q: What size of monitor mount do you provide generally speaking?
A: We generally use 32” sized monitors. The monitor mount can be easily added in the module.
Q: Do you offer other accessories, shelves, lighting, smart magazine/leaflet holders?
A: The system can include shelves and counters and we also offer lighting options. You can find out more in our Features section.
Section Delivery:
Q. How do you deliver the system? (For example, we are based in China but will exhibit in Germany. We need to store the system in China in the future.)
All the modules will be delivered to Cologne in Euro-pallet cartons. We work with a German carrier who delivered URBAN modules to Shanghai before. After the design is created for your stand in Cologne, we know the exact amount of the modules. We can than ask for a delivery price and the delivery time to Shanghai.
Section planking/panelling
Q: How would we go about printing graphics on the panel surfaces and how would we be able to change the graphic on the surfaces?
A: The graphic will be printed directly on the plastic material. We work with excellent printers in Berlin and also offer to take care of any graphic material needs you might have.
